Refund policy

All bio bombs, as well as tools and equipment, are final sale and are not eligible for returns or refunds. We do accept returns for chemicals and accessories within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date, provided the items are returned unopened, unused, and undamaged and are in resalable condition (including original packaging when applicable). Returns may be denied if an item has been opened, used, or shows any damage. To request a return, please contact us within the fourteen (14) day period and include your order number and purchase date. If the return is approved, we will process the refund back to the original payment method.
